Fine and final cleaning covers finished areas before handover or use. Completion stage and materials matter: dust on a coated floor requires a different approach from residues on glass or natural stone.

Remove construction dust
Prepare handover
01
Possible scope by agreement
Remove construction dust from released surfaces, skirting, doors and accessible fittings as agreed.
Include suitable floors, glazing and sanitary areas with material-appropriate methods.
Treat adhesive, paint or mortar residues only after assessing the substrate and method.
02
Prepare your enquiry
Complete dust-producing work and, where possible, separate cleaned areas from subsequent work.
Share care instructions, coatings, fresh joints and existing damage.
Set a handover date and nominate someone available for a joint visual check.
Cleaning does not automatically repair scratches, chemical damage, colour differences or other material defects. Damaged or unknown surfaces need prior discussion; specialist treatments are included only by explicit agreement.
Outcome and handover
The visual check concerns the agreed cleaning scope. Outstanding construction tasks or later soiling should be documented separately; technical functional checks are not part of cleaning.
What determines a suitable quote?
Area alone is not enough for a reliable estimate. Construction stage, materials, soiling, access, timing and agreed extras affect the work involved. A site visit or further details may be needed; the price is set in the specific quote.
